How does it work?

You can buy a reservation for € 10,- excl. fee. When we have confirmation the event can take place you will receive a payment request for the remaining amount of € 29,- excl fee. Once this step is fulfilled you will receive your ticket.

What happens to my ticket if Expedition cannot take place because of the corona measures?

We will refund your reservation excluding service fee. You can also choose to keep your reservation for the next edition of Expedition Festival but that’s up to you. 

What about the COVID speedtest and vaccination?

We believe that we can organize Expedition Festival the way we were used to. We will always follow the governments guidelines to make sure our festival is safe for everyone. We will inform you every step of the way.

If I buy a reservation ticket, am I guaranteed to get a ticket?

Tickets are distributed on a first come first serve basis. Our capacity is dependent on the corona measures. Reservations made over capacity will be refunded.

When should the remaining amount be paid after I reserve the ticket?

Once we have a green light to continue with the festival we will send you a link for the full purchase of the ticket.

What happens if I make a reservation and decide not to go?

You can choose to resell your full ticket if the corona measures allow this. Unfortunately we don’t refund reservations if the festival is allowed to take place.

Je kan een reservering kopen voor € 10,- ex. service fee. Wanneer we 100% bevestiging hebben dat het evenement plaats kan vinden ontvang en een bericht om de resterende € 29,- ex service fee te voldoen.

Wat gebeurd er met mijn ticket als Expedition niet plaats kan vinden vanwege de geldende coronamaatregelen?

We zullen de reservering exclusief service retourneren. 

Hoe zit het met sneltesten en vaccinering?

We geloven dat we Expedition Festival kunnen organiseren zoals we dat gewend zijn. We zullen altijd de adviezen van de overheid ten alle tijden opvolgen om ons festival voor iedereen veilig te maken. We houden jullie van alle ontwikkelingen op de hoogte.

Als ik een reserveringsticket koop, ben ik dan verzekerd van een ticket?

Onze capaciteit wordt bepaald door de geldende coronamaatregelen. Als we moeten afschalen behouden de eerste kopers hun kaartje op basis van “first come, first serve”. De rest wordt automatisch geretourneerd.

Wanneer moet ik het reseterende bedrag van mijn ticket betalen?

Wanneer we 100% zeker weten dat het evenement plaats kan vinden ontvang je bericht om het resterende bedrag van € 29,- ex. fee te voldoen.

Wat gebeurd er als ik een reservering heb gemaakt maar besluit niet te gaan?

Je kan je afbetaalde kaartje doorverkopen. Maar helaas kunnen wij reserveringen niet retourneren als het festival wel door kan gaan.
